Shipping times

Digital Products: Upon purchasing one of our digital products you’ll receive either an email or WeTransfer link with the items inside. If purchasing one of our exclusive designs this may take up to 48 hours to be sent to your inbox. This will depend on the preferences requested while ordering your item. PLEASE ensure that your email address is correct before purchasing/making an order. If you do not receive your items reach out to us at hello@thefreepals.com.

Physical Products: Upon ordering an item we aim to ship the item within 2 days of receiving your order, all UK orders are shipped either 2nd Class Royal Mail or 1st Class Royal Mail and Europe + International orders are shipped Royal Mail International Standard 

• UK 1st Class - 1 day

• UK 2nd Class - 3 days

• Europe Shipping - 3 -5 days 

• International Shipping - 6 - 7 days 

Returns policy

Digital Products: We do not offer returns or refunds for any of our digital products at The Free Pals. Due to the nature that digital files can be copied and that file distribution can but should not happen, all sales are final once the product has been purchased. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, such as problems with downloading or file corruption, please contact us for assistance.

Physical Products: We accept refunds within 14 days worth of purchase, Please email hello@thefreepals.com to receive details on how to return your item. Or click the contact link at the bottom of this page and fill the form out. We aim to fulfil your refund within 7 days of receiving your request.

damaged or faulty goods

Digital Products: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, such as problems with downloading or file corruption, please contact us. If there is a problem or error with your exclusive design with files types or graphical errors get in contact and we will help you out.

Physical Products: If your product is damaged or faulty upon arrival we will send a replacement upon review free of charge. Please send proof of your faulty or damaged item to hello@thefreepals.com along with the order number you were provided with after payment. If we are unable to replace the item we will offer an alternative replacement equal to the vault of the damage good(s) or offer a refund or gift voucher.
